Em 2002, profissionais de sa\u00fade, familiares, pacientes e volunt\u00e1rios com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da AJUDE-C como organiza\u00e7\u00e3o social, conquistaram o credenciamento concedido pela Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Hemofilia do funcionamento do Centro de Treinamento Internacional em Hemofilia (IHTC, sigla em ingl\u00eas). A equipe do IHTC era composta pelos profissionais do Centro de Tratamento de Coagulopatias do Distrito Federal (CTC\/DF) e outros profissionais, sediado no Hospital de Apoio de Bras\u00edlia, \u00e0 \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os melhores resultados da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do IHTC foram a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo Comit\u00ea Nacional de \u00c9tica e Pesquisa, em 2003, do Programa de Profilaxia Prim\u00e1ria para hemof\u00edlicos. Al\u00e9m disso, outros programas foram implantados, a exemplo do Programa de Laborat\u00f3rio Especializado em Hemostasia e do Programa de Treinamento de Profissionais, em \u00e2mbito nacional e internacional. Este \u00faltimo foi respons\u00e1vel pela capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais advindos de pa\u00edses da Am\u00e9rica Latina no IHTC-Bras\u00edlia-Brasil com dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de 4 semanas e suporte da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Hemofilia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O IHTC foi certificado em 2002, tendo sido renovado em maio de 2012, mas, logo em seguida, teve suas atividades encerradas por op\u00e7\u00e3o de Governo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Atualmente, o atendimento dos hemof\u00edlicos \u00e9 pulverizado na Rede P\u00fablica e sem refer\u00eancias de tratamento a exemplo do que ocorria com o extinto IHTC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
